The site that I'm going to talk about is http://www.politicaspublicas.net/panel/ which is a very interesting site and is related to the field of my career because has a review of the new public politics, and also provides new ideas of what could be an interesting one.

This site contains with a lot of interesting information, like a library where you can access to documents of different categories like: natives rights, minorities rights, OIT documents, discriminations and human rights, etc.

Beside of this interesting section of the page, I also like the one called press, which as the name says, is about the most relevant news that are related with public politics, and this section has a plus because includes news of other countries.

Finally I’m going to talk about my favorite section that is called “Videoteca” which is the most interactive section of the page because it have a lot of audiovisual material of news that are relevant to the field, like violation to human rights.

I really don't visit so often this site, but I found it very interesting and easy to read and understand, and that is a advantage when I want to show the people what my career does for people.

The new pornographers

I really don't have a favorite band, but actually I'm the biggest fan of The new pornographers, these guys are Canadian people, and make better music than the newest American bands that I have heard, I actually heard them last year, when my clever account of Last.fm introduce them, like "music you probably like".
The music that this band do, I found it very attractive, addictive, and pop, I like the sound, the graphics that the band use in their album covers I simply love them.
My favorite song is Mass Romantic which is also the name of my favorite album, the songs have a lot of ideas that I share about love, and the rhythm of the song is very catchy
I found these guys originals, and they are one of my favorite bands, but they are not the only one, I mean, there so much music to just have one favorite band only.

Introducing myself :)

Hi People!, welcome to my blog, this is a space where you're going to read about my opinions and all the crazy things that come to my head while my life happens. This is an experience that I have to share with all of you because it is an assignment for my English class, which is a very fun class I must say, well my name is Mariana and I'm studying the career of Public Administration on the Universidad de Chile, and I really care about English in the first place 'cause it is easy for me and in the second place because I'm aware that learning English is an important skill that you have to develop if you want to improve your chances to get a good job, besides Ireally want to improve my writing skills in English and I think that a blog could help me to make myself a prodigious writer :)
